I have been a member of The Eastern Orthodox Church for over 35 years, and studied the tradition of icon painting in depth. I have pioneered stained glass techniques to enable the making of icons in this medium, some examples of which are featured here, including the first stained glass icon commissioned for an Orthodox church in Britain — The Transfiguration, for St Cosmas and Damianos Greek Orthodox church, Gospel Oak, London.
